The Three Stages
Stage 1: Embracing Growth
Stage 1: Embracing Growth
Discovering and embracing growth involves three key stages:
Realization: Recognizing unexplored territories and untapped potential in your career.
Exploration: Utilizing guided inquiry and self-exploration to uncover the obstacles that hinder your progress.
Courage: Embracing the unknown with a willingness to explore, experiment, face failures, learn, and ultimately succeed.
Stage 2: Cultivating Insight
Insight involves the practice of self-inquiry to create an accurate internal map of your perception and adjust it for meaningful change. In this module, we will learn the skillsets that transform mindsets, starting with self-application before coaching others.
Once we've developed this map, we'll dive into the tools of transformation, exploring topics such as bias, attachment, limiting beliefs, flow states, and more.
Stage 2 equips guides with the skills to navigate perception alongside clients, teaching them how to test and enhance their perception for a purpose-driven life.
Stage 3: Walking The Path
Stage 3 focuses on integrating the tools and optimizing their application when working with others.
Practicing self-awareness tools is essential for a clearer understanding of others, and this module emphasizes making these tools second nature.
Integration revolves around skillfully utilizing pathfinding methods to create new approaches to perception, problem-solving, and situational awareness.
Peer coaching practice is the most effective way to refine your skills. Graduation from this level is based on the ability to demonstrate these skills after undergoing coaching supervision.
