The path is made by walking it.
OUR MISSION
For over 30 years, I’ve taught, coached, and treated thousands —sharing the tools that help individuals to discover and become themselves.
Lead from the heart
Sustainable leadership isn’t about doing more—it’s about aligning your energy, focus, and intent with what matters most.
In the demands of high-growth environments, it’s easy to become reactive. Meetings pile up, priorities blur, and even the most capable leaders can find themselves running on empty.
But there is a clear way forward. Through a method vetted in high-growth startups and real-world business leadership challenges—combined with time-honored practices of self-awareness—you can reclaim focus, sustain energy, and lead with clarity of purpose.
When leaders are centered, teams thrive. You show up with presence, foster deeper human connection, and create the conditions where collaboration and performance flourish. This isn’t just about managing productivity—it’s about unlocking the full potential of yourself and the people you lead.
The simple recipe — 3 steps on the path:
1 Embrace your growth edge
Everyone finds their growth edge in the same way.
First they realize there must be information that could guide you to where you want to be. Second they realize they don’t have that information currently. And finally they realize they’re about to go on a journey to an unknown place in order to discover their new way of being in the world.
The “unknown” of that place is your growth edge and the beginning of your journey.
3 Walk your path
Pathfinding means walking each step of your life inconscious freedom — continuously attending to the present moment.
To be truly engaged, you must remove distraction. To remove distraction, you must look inward. To look inward, you must create stillness and observe. Then the answer to all questions will become obvious, accessible, and clear.
The tools of clarity are not complex, but they are often difficult. That is why we say, “Slow is the fast way.”
2 Cultivate Insight
Insight is the natural result of truly quieting the mind. In the classical texts we call this Nei Guan (inner observation). It’s the simple idea that if the senses are no longer triggering emotional responses, then that person can clearly reflect the actual world around them.
This clarity rarely exists in the world of business. But more and more people are realizing this clarity leads to healthy work environments, greater efficiency, better business decisions, and longer term talent retention.
